Great location and lovely rooms. We had issues with securing twin beds and had to chase the hotel on our first day (despite the request made upon booking), but they managed to resolve it. The pool is great, but the restaurant on the terrace is closed Monday - Thursday, which is a shame and means you miss out on great views. I'm not sure why this is given the amount you pay for the hotel, so this should be looked at.

First of all the hotel is amazing & the location is perfect for me & my husband! very nice area & classy! few blocks away from Retrio Park! We stayed at Premium Velazquez View room. The room was spacious & all our 5 luggage fitted into the wardrobe! the bathroom is large as well and the bathtub made a difference in our stay. We also enjoyed the SPA there as it was included in our room rate! So, I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying for 5-7 days!

the beds were SO comfy, they gave us an upgrade which was SO perfect, and also gave us a nice treat for the last night of our honeymoon! the hotel itself is swanky and modern and feels like an oasis in the city.

The staff at Bless was incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities were very clean and operable. If you like comfortable beds, wonderful views from the rooftop pool and restaurant, hookah lounge, spa, and showers that keep the steam from fogging the mirror among many many other things then book this hotel. You may see that the staff at the bar pours you a generous drink. You may have your luggage carried to/from your room and nobody complains when you don't park in the perfect place in front of the hotel. I love this hotel.

My stay at Bless Hotel Madrid was truly exceptional. The location is perfect, the staff warm and attentive, and the room design refined — every detail was so well thought out. Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety and quality. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the spa and the rooftop terrace with the pool, but unfortunately it was closed due to the weather. One thing is certain: on my next visit to Madrid, I’ll be your guest again.

The staff was very helpful! The Bellboy amazing! Food excellent. Excellent cleaning service and they helped us carry our bags across the street. Plus one of the best bathrooms ive used.

Loved the facilities! Very nice lobby area and rooftop, good gym and relaxing spa. The staff were friendly and responsive specially the room service. I also give the Conceirge full-mark for their amazing service
